Brand Development Process

Step 2: Concept Validation

We then work hand-in-hand with our Restaurant Partners to create and reprioritize brands that are easy to execute, fit localized food trends, and ultimately meet the needs of our Restaurant Partners.

Step 1: Market Analysis

Weeks of analyzing market reports, consumer behavior, food trends, and consultations with our marketplace delivery partners are apart of the initial research and planning stage.

Step 4: Supply Chain Analysis

Each menu SKU is engineered to find commonalities in ingredients and packaging designed to increase cross-utilization and decrease complexity and waste.

Step 3: Menu Development

Where art and science meet. We combine chef-inspired recipes with pricing analysis, Search Engine Optimization, prep time evaluation, & psychographic testing to craft menus that deliver results.

Step 5: Brand & Marketing Asset Creation

Once the menu and packaging is finalized, our marketing team goes into overdrive to create the brand identity, style guides, logos, menu naming conventions, product imagery, signage, and digital assets.

Step 6: Soft Launch

The last step before the official general release is the soft launch. Here we massage out any of the operational kinks, finalize training and support documents and videos, and prepare for a full release.
